Since joining our firm, Maria has been instrumental in guiding our clients through their real estate transactions, making every step clearer and every closing smoother.

Over the years, she has grown into a true leader in our office. Today, Maria manages our office operations and co-leads her team’s workflows, keeping everything (and everyone) moving forward.

Much of Maria’s real estate knowledge came directly from our founding attorney, Anne Carrasco Quintana, Esq., whom she has worked closely alongside and assisted throughout the years.

Maria’s goal is to attend law school, which she plans on pursuing in the next few years. We couldn’t be prouder to support her on that path.

Please join us in congratulating Valeria Rodriguez on her promotion from Administrative Assistant to Legal Assistant at Carrasco Quintana Law!

In her short time with us, Valeria has grown well beyond the general administrative work she began with, expanding her knowledge into all of the firm’s practice areas.

In her new role, Valeria will assist our real estate and trusts and estates team workflows, supporting Anne as her primary assistant.

Valeria’s strong client communication, calm demeanor, and quick thinking have proven incredibly valuable to our firm and our growth.

Please join us in welcoming Nathalie Tavarez-Miranda (left) and Brigida Rodriguez (right) to the Carrasco Quintana Law team as our newest Administrative Assistants!

Nathalie graduated from Montclair State University in 2025 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Media.

Brigida is currently a senior at Kean University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law. She anticipates graduating in May 2027 and plans to prepare for the LSAT.

We are excited to welcome Nathalie and Brigida to Carrasco Quintana Law and our growing team. We look forward to all that they will contribute to our firm and the clients we serve.

Jazmin began her career in the healthcare field, where she spent 10 years caring for and helping others. Her passion for making a difference ultimately inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies at William Paterson University, where she graduated cm laude.

Jazmin’s commitment to helping others is at the heart of her professional journey. As she works toward her goal of becoming an attorney, she is dedicated to supporting clients, advocating for those who are most vulnerable, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Please join us in welcoming our newest attorney, Valerie Elianna, to Carrasco Quintana Law!

Elianna is a proud native of the Dominican Republic. She graduated with honors from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. She went on to earn her J.D. from Temple University, where she served as an executive board member of both the Latin American Law Student Association and the Black Law Student Association. She became an attorney after passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam.

Elianna brings a wide range of legal experience from her previous positions at immigration firms and civil court. Most recently, she completed a clerkship in the Criminal Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

We are extremely happy to have Elianna join our firm. With her arrival, Carrasco Quintana Law is now a two-attorney firm, allowing us to continue growing and serving our community with our Real Estate, Trust & Estates, and Business Law practice areas.

Outside of the office, Elianna enjoys snuggling with her Maltipoo, Rio, and baking.
