The three partners, Joseph Spire, Don Tarosky, and Jerry Cooper, have a combined experience of over 100 years in the real estate development. Major local projects include Norwin Hills shopping Center in Irwin, Countryside Shopping Center in Mount Pleasant, Haymaker Village Shops in Monroeville, Oak Park Mall in White Oak, and Cranberry Commons in Cranberry Township. In addition, numerous single tenant properties and residential developments throughout Western Pennsylvania.
