When buyers move into homes in areas like Murrysville or North Huntingdon, the biggest surprise is often how quickly the house starts to feel like home, but also how much responsibility comes with it.

• utilities and budgeting for upkeep

Even well-maintained homes require some attention once you move in.

🎓 I'm a University of Pittsburgh business school grad. It's been a LONG time since I've sat in an Oakland classroom, but I can still handle the numbers.

🎮 I was a marketing communications specialist for a video game company and also voiced characters in some iconic games. Marketing is all about storytelling, and I love to tell the story of your home when I list it.

🎭 I was a working actor and still act in the Pittsburgh theatre community. Acting taught me how to collaborate and work with an entire team toward a shared goal. That means I can handle communicating with your home inspectors, lenders, and other agents seamlessly.

♥️ I've been a caregiver for my parents and my brother. It taught me patience, and gave me a fierce ability to advocate for the people I'm in it for.

🏡 I'm a wife and a mom. I know what "home" really means. I view a home purchase as more than a financial transaction; it's the place where your life will unfold.

🐾 I'm a mom of West Highland terriers, who negotiate harder than anyone I've encountered in real estate.

🚚 And I've moved 20 times in my life. Rented most places, bought a few. So when I tell you that owning is the way to go if you can swing it, I'm speaking from experience.
