We hope that you are all staying safe, healthy, and maintaining social distancing during this very strange time in our lives! As an update, all immigration court hearings for non-detained clients have been canceled through May 1, 2020. All USCIS operations have been canceled through May 4, 2020. Criminal court hearings are dependent on both the county and the judge the case is in front of - some have been canceled and some are handling cases remotely via Zoom, Skype, etc.

Malik Law Firm, PLLC will be working remotely during this time. We can still be reached by phone, email, or text! Additionally, appointments in the office will still be made as needed. If you have any criminal or immigration questions or require representation, please don't hesitate to reach out! And if a loved one is arrested, reach out as soon as possible!! There have already been cases of Covid-19 in some of the local jails, so obtaining as quick a release as possible will be in everyone's best interest!
