This past week we had the honor of celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi at one of our properties, Avalon 8801.

Our Avalon community and management team had a blast celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi and Visarjan. This year we conducted the pooja starting on day 1, and ended the festivities with lots of music and dancing.

Thank you for everyone that participated. We love seeing our community come together and enjoy.

Team Sahara is excited to announce the closing of our 312 Acres of land in the city of Celina, TX! The beautiful land consists of scenic creeks, luscious trees and vast lakes.

Lots of development and growth can be seen within the "Golden Corridor" of Texas (area spread across Collin, Dallas and Denton Counties). The rapid growth within Celina will pave way for future single family development on the land.
