Important NTREIS Update Coming November 1!

Beginning November 1, 2026, NTREIS will take responsibility for all MLS Compliance activities, now referred to as Data Quality, creating a more consistent experience for brokers and agents across all 13 NTREIS shareholder associations.

The transition will begin with an education-focused soft launch and updates to MLS rules, with additional changes coming in early 2027.

What does this mean for MetroTex members? NTREIS will oversee MLS rules enforcement, while the MetroTex MLS Team will continue supporting members with everyday listing corrections and MLS education.

For 2027, there are two ways to participate: apply to serve on an Advisory Council, where volunteer leaders can bring recommendations forward, or join a Member Exchange to connect, learn and engage with fellow members.

Advisory Council applications are open through October 31. Member Exchanges are open to all MetroTex members and can be joined at any time, with no application or attendance requirement.
