MetroTex’s Lender Forum helped real estate professionals get ready for the big changes coming to residential appraisals!

Attendees explored the rollout of UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report, with practical insight into how these changes could affect appraisals and real estate transactions across DFW.
