Ex New Hampshire day care employee Jan Carlos Berrios Olenda, 29, was arrested on April 1st for SA of a 4 year old boy, and is set to go to trial on April 28th — but experts suspect there may be more victims. Lawyers Sarah Klein and Eric W. Schoenberg have spoken with more than 50 families whose children have had contact with Berrios Otero over the six years he was employed at the BrightPath Avon Early Learning and Child Care Center, and Schoenberg says “I have strong belief that there are one or more individuals in authority positions at that facility that knew that this was going on beforehand and failed to act.”
