We had a great week of closings. Look closely and you’ll see three SOLD signs. But that’s only the surface. Behind those signs are three completely different relationships, three very different stories, and three families we were fortunate to help.
One represents a relationship that spans nearly 30 years. We’ve helped this family buy and sell numerous homes over the decades. This closing was bittersweet because it was our last sale for them as their extended family completed a move out of state together.
Another represents a family we’ve advised and stayed connected with for many years, even though they haven’t bought and sold much real estate. Their family had owned this home for a very long time, and when the time came to sell, they trusted us to guide them through it.
The third was a family we had never met before. They reached out because circumstances required a quick sale. Through our private network, we were able to find the right buyer, close quickly, and most importantly, structure the sale around what worked best for them.
Social media tends to show the SOLD sign, the closing photo and the celebration. What it doesn’t always show are the decades of relationships, the phone calls years between transactions, the difficult decisions, the problem solving, and the trust people place in us during major transitions in their lives.
That is what 40+ years in real estate really looks like. Not just homes sold. Relationships built. Problems solved. People taken care of.
