Radiology shows the anatomy.

Endoscopic images show the injury.

A carefully developed 3D illustrative aid can help the jury understand how those separate views relate to one another.

TrialSupport.us can combine medical records, radiology, procedural images, documented measurements, and expert direction to create a clear visual explanation of an alleged injury.

Depending on the needs of the case, the final demonstrative may include:

• Patient-specific anatomical modeling
• Internal and external views
• Transparent or sectional anatomy
• Endoscopic perspectives
• High-resolution still images
• Courtroom-ready animation

The goal is not to make the injury more dramatic. It is to make complex medical information easier to understand.

If your case involves an injury that is difficult to explain using medical images alone, we’d be happy to set up a Zoom meeting and discuss how a 3D illustrative aid could support the presentation.

Imagine this:

You spent weeks building a crisp, high-impact digital presentation.

You walk into court on Day 1, pull out the cable, and the bailiff stops you:

"No direct device connections permitted. You have to place your iPad under the ELMO document camera."

(Yes, this actually happened to a trial team we supported!)

Courtroom technology rules vary wildly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction—and sometimes from judge to judge in the same building. What works seamlessly in Courtroom A can get shut down instantly in Courtroom B.

It got us thinking about the bizarre, archaic, or unexpected procedural hurdles trial teams run into...

🗳️ POLL: What’s the most unexpected courtroom tech restriction you’ve encountered?

[ ] Banned from connecting devices directly (ELMO only)

[ ] Strict limit on monitor/screen sizes

[ ] Total ban on wireless remotes or clickers

[ ] Other (Drop the story in the comments!)

The Lesson? Never assume the next courtroom will operate like the last one. A pre-trial site inspection isn't just about testing cords—it's about uncovering these venue-specific quirks while there's still time to adapt.
