Not every love story follows the same immigration path.
For some couples, a fiancé visa may make sense. For others, marriage abroad followed by consular processing may be the better option. In some cases, applying inside the U.S. may be possible, but not always wise.
The problem is this: people often assume there’s one “standard” process. There isn’t.
The better question is not: What form do I file?
It’s: What strategy best fits my family, timing, and legal situation?
If you’re unsure which family immigration path fits your situation, start by getting clarity.
