The Gamma Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. celebrates Shondra Taylor for her phenomonal contributions and leadership in Human Resources. Her commitment to excellence and service reflects the very spirit of the Status of Women Scholarship Luncheon.
Shondra has over 30 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits. She is recognized for fostering strong relationships, delivering thoughtful solutions, and advocating for both clients and partners. Mrs. Taylor has served as an account manager, account executive, producer, broker, and now Broker Relationship Manager. Shondra's diverse experience enables her deep understanding of the needs of employers, brokers, and employees alike. Her passion for employee benefits is rooted in helping organizations create meaningful employee benefits programs reflective of the needs of their employees. She is the proud owner and president of the Staylor Insurance Agency, where she manages the life and health insurance employee benefits for several employers, and owns At Your Service Houston Notary, a mobile notary service.
