Mobile Notary Services (Contact for pricing) Available at your convenient location.
Simple Wills $125
Preparation of the document. I can provide two witnesses for the signing, or you may bring your own.
Lady Bird Deeds (Enhanced Life Estate Deeds) $150
Document preparation to help property pass to beneficiaries without probate in Florida.
Child Support & Parental Sharing Papers $250 Assistance with completing required forms.
Durable or Limited Power of Attorney (POA) $125
Preparation of financial POA documents.
Small Claims Court $225 Document preparation assistance for self-filers.
Medical Power of Attorney (Designation of Healthcare Surrogate) & Living Will $45 Preparation of advance directives for healthcare preferences.
Note: Prices are for document preparation only and do not include court filing fees or notary travel fees.
Additional Services:
Wedding Officiant Services: I can perform wedding ceremonies at your chosen venue for $25 (plus travel fees, if applicable).
Printing Services: I can print all necessary documents, or you are welcome to bring your own completed forms.
