Congratulations to the 2026 Indiana REALTOR® of the Year, Greg Simo from Columbus (Crossroads Association of REALTORS)! Greg has been a REALTOR® for nearly three decades and a broker-owner who has built two successful independent companies. He has put in the time and effort in service to the industry – as a local association president, RPAC chair and trustee, an IAR director, a Federal Political Coordinator for NAR, and a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Academy.

Taking the 2026 IAR Distinguished Service Award back to Bloomington (Indiana Uplands Realtor Association) five years after his good friend Lori Todd earned the title, please join is in congratulating Brian Thompson!

Brian has been a local association president, chair of our state RPAC Trustees, has served as an Indiana Real Estate Commissioner and fulfilled a host of other volunteer commitments in giving back to the industry. He's been an instructor, but more importantly I’d say they’ve been a mentor to many who teaches the right way to do business by daily example.

Tom is a fifty-year REALTOR® who has served as president of one of our largest local associations (Upstate Alliance of REALTORS), a past IAR president and board member and a mentor to many in the profession. But it’s advocacy where his passion for service really shines through… Tom opens doors – those doors just happen to be in the U.S. House, the Senate and the Indiana Statehouse.

Kelly is a RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals agent who serves as President and Coordinator of the Bartholomew County Toys for Tots, operating as The Giving Ark – overseeing fundraising, volunteer recruitment, toy collection, warehousing, sorting and distribution logistics all year long.
