Meet Danielle 👋

If there’s one person you want in your corner when it’s time to negotiate, it’s Danielle.

She knows how to stand her ground, think through every angle and go to bat for her clients when it matters most. She’s not afraid of a tough conversation, and she definitely isn’t afraid to ask for what her clients need.

We also regularly tell her she missed her calling as a detective. 😂 She will dig, ask questions and figure out EVERY detail before making a move. Turns out, that’s a pretty great skill to have in real estate.

She cares deeply about her clients, takes their goals personally and knows when to push, when to listen and how to keep a deal moving forward.

When she’s not negotiating houses or conducting an unofficial investigation 😂, she’s probably at one of her kids’ games running GameChanger like it’s her second job.

Meet Veronica 👋

Director of Operations, Transaction Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, professional problem solver, keeper of ALL the things… honestly, her official title should probably just be The GOAT. 😂

Veronica is the person behind the scenes making sure contracts, listings, deadlines, agents, clients and approximately 9,000 other moving pieces stay on track.

We genuinely don’t know how she keeps up with all of us, keeps everything organized AND somehow does it with grace and a smile every single day.

She takes care of our team and our clients in a million ways most people will never see, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her in our corner.

Don’t let being the youngest on our team fool you..Alyssa is a FORCE.

She loves working with investors and is ridiculously good at running numbers, analyzing deals and figuring out whether an investment actually makes sense.

She’s also an investor herself, so she understands these deals from both sides. Add an amazing contractor for flips and renovations, and she’s a pretty great person to have on speed dial. ☎️

Also, because this tracks perfectly with her personality: she was her high school valedictorian.

Meet Larisa 👋

If you’re moving to Indianapolis from another city or state, Larisa is exactly who you want helping you figure it all out.

She’s an incredible Realtor who works with both buyers and sellers, but relocation is definitely one of her sweet spots. She knows how to make a move from hundreds of miles away feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

And apparently selling houses isn’t enough of a challenge because she’s ALSO working toward becoming a Divemaster AND a black belt. 😂🤿🥋

The unofficial Forney Group everyday kit 😂🏡

LOTS of caffeine, a charger because our phones are always dying, access to houses, a laptop, tape measure and approximately 47,000 miles a day on our cars.

Not pictured: the 3 changes of clothes permanently living in our cars. School drop-off → workout → showings → closing → listing appointment… with no trip home in between. At this point, our cars are just offices with closets. 😂

Basically, we carry all of this around and answer our phones for a living.
