I sold my second investment property today. And maybe everything hits different when you're grieving, but this one has been such a special process to me. My priorities going into this flip were to learn as much as I can, honor the previous homeowner, and to provide a beautiful, safe, habitable, and affordable home to a new homeowner.

It feels surreal. I remember how hard I worked to buy my first home. And now I own 3 properties and I've sold 2. Real estate changed my life. 💫

Rehab Update: we're live! 🏡 This one has been a labor of love, for sure. It's been refreshed & renewed, keeping style and charm that only a 90 year old house could have in mind. I pulled back the carpet and gave those hardwood floors the glow up they deserve 🤩 Opened up the floorplan to make it more functional and updated just about everything else to give the next owner peace of mind for years to come!

If you've followed me for some time, you know this isn't my first renovation, but it is my first official flip property and I'm so proud of the outcome 😍 Stop by between 12-2 tomorrow and take a look!
