Lewis And Wilkins welcomes a new partner in the Indianapolis office’s litigation group

(May 26, 2026) Evan Rutter concentrates the majority of his practice representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation matters. His representation has spanned from Fortune 50 companies to small business owners in both state and federal courts throughout the country in a variety of legal matters including contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, FINRA arbitration and securities litigation, and numerous consumer protection statutes. He also has extensive experience representing clients in product liability and tort cases involving serious injury and wrongful death, including representing some of the nation’s largest auto and medical device manufacturers.

We are proud of LAW’s John H. Lewis, our founding partner, who was appointed by Governor Mike Braun to serve on the Guardianship Code Revision Task Force. John’s term expires on December 31, 2027.
