John Dillinger robbed this bank in Greencastle, Indiana—and I got to go inside the actual vault. 👀

I was in Putnam County yesterday and got a tour of Dillinger’s, the former bank that John Dillinger famously robbed. The owner showed me the original vault and told me about their plans to transform this historic building into a hotel, bar, and restaurant.

As an Indiana attorney, I spend plenty of time around courthouses—but getting to step inside a piece of Indiana crime history was pretty incredible.

Advertising Material Only: I had a hearing in Frankfort Indiana which is in Clinton well-known local restaurant serving Central American food. namely this establishment served pupusas and tacos. The name of the restaurant was Juanita's and it was located just off of Courthouse square in downtown Frankfort, Indiana. The pupusas were amazing. I ordered two pupusas which came with cheese and jalapenos inside. they give you a variety of salsas that you can use to flavor your pupusas to your liking. it also came with a wonderful Central American or Latin variety of what I would describe as coleslaw. it looks like it was cabbage and lettuce marinated and vinegar. All in all it was really a wonderful dish and it was somewhat reminiscent of a Punjabi alloo parenta. so it was very interesting to continue to see the ongoing similarities between Central American Mexican and
North Indian cuisines. I highly recommend it. if you were looking for an interesting dish then please make sure you check out Juanita's for all of your pupusa and taco needs while you're in Frankfort Indiana. also if any of you know anything about this red b**r that I saw a couple of gentleman drinking please let me know what that was. it was regular b**r like I saw them pouring Coronas into b**r mugs but it definitely had a red almost dusty like tint.
