🎉 Congratulations to my amazing first time homebuyer, Enock! 🎉
Today, we celebrate a huge milestone: homeownership! 🏡✨
Enock purchased a brand-new construction home through the West Indianapolis Development Corporation, and I couldn’t be more proud of him. This journey took dedication, patience, and faith, and it has all paid off.
A special thank you to Lisa Laughlin, Director of West Indianapolis Development Corporation, for helping make this program such a wonderful opportunity for first-time homebuyers. If you’re considering purchasing one of their new construction homes, I highly encourage you to look into their program. It is a great resource for qualifying buyers, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Please note that income limits do apply under the HUD homeownership program.
