This one was a little different— and one our family is especially excited about.

Today we officially closed on this townhome, where our son will live while attending UNC Charlotte. Instead of paying rent to someone else, we're investing in his future while creating an opportunity to build long-term wealth. With roommates helping offset the mortgage, this home becomes more than a place to live —it becomes an investment.
