only taken me 3 weeks to write this.. its been a crazy 2023! I want to thank everyone for an amazing year! I accomplished all the goals I set out for myself and that couldnt have been done without my family, friends and clients....

this year i was able to travel to europe with my best friends and then to punta cana with my work family. To having another perfect son making my family complete. (also finding out ill be an auntie... but thats 2024 news) To opening and expanding our real estate and insurance company. To selling over 18 million in sales and staying the #1 single agent in Springfield... and to investing and buying multiple real estate investments for my own portfolio.... and to most importantly being overall happy and healthy ... did i mention that i fell in love with my new obsession .... pickleball?!!!

overall this year has been the year that i learned the most about myself...

2023 lesson:
life is who you surround yourself with, being around like minded people that want to see you succeed is the hardest part of the journey... once you figure that out, you figured out the hardest part... because life seems to then fall into place... figure out your goals and make sure the people you have around you are on the same page... because you will have hard times, but those that love you will push you through those hard times and you'll never feel like you're doing it alone...
so thank you for those that always have my back

CHOP CHOP SALAD
Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/4 red onion, slivered
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1 orange bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
2-4 small English cucumbers, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives,
sliced 4 oz feta cheese, cubed
Dressing Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 2 fresh lemons
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves, chopped
sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl with the dressing.
TIP: Leave out the Chickpeas and you have yourself a low carb meal.
