My firm has been appointed class counsel for a new class action involving bonded abrasive wheels manufactured by DEWALT, Porter Cable, and Black & Decker that were purchased between 2015 and 2022. These wheels can expire, causing them to crack, break, or explode when being used with saws and grinders.
