I have been getting a lot of call and questions about the New BOI Filing Requirements.

Yes it is Legit, and yes it is something you could sit down and do yourselves, but if you would like help making sure your business is registered correctly.

If you formed a corporation (S corp or C corp) or a limited liability company (LLC), a BOI report will have to be filed unless your corporation or LLC qualifies for an exemption.

Good Morning

Update on the Immokalee office

My hard drive is still being worked on and it is looking good but my system is still down until I get the hard drive back. We should be back up fully running on Monday February 19th. Please give me a couple more days as I know this is an awful time for all this to happen. Advance will still be available until the 29th of this month. Once we are back up and running we will stay open until the wee wee hours for our client needs.

Im asking you to please have faith in me and my staff
That we will be here for all your tax needs🙏🙏🙏

Fyi if you need your taxes down asap I can handle your taxes from my TN office

FYI so IRS does not start processing any returns with Eitc or additional child tax credit until after the middle of February, and the first drop for those returns isn’t until the end of February, so you are not missing out on filing early!

Good Morning

Update on the Immokalee office

My hard drive is still being worked on and it is looking good but my system is still down until I get the hard drive back. We are hoping for Thursday that I will have everything back and running and we are back up. Please give me a couple more days as I know this is an awful time for all this to happen.

My main server hard drive at the tax office in Immokalee went down and is being worked on and should be back on Monday. We should be back and up working Monday Night or Tuesday at the latest.  I hope y’all understand and will take the weekend and enjoy the Super Bowl  and come back and see us Monday or Tuesday.

Economic Impact Payment letter can help people claim the 2021 recovery rebate credit
The IRS will begin issuing Letter 6475, Your Third Economic Impact Payment, to EIP recipients in late January. This letter will help Economic Impact Payment recipients determine if they are entitled to and should claim the recovery rebate credit on their 2021 tax returns when they file in 2022.

Advance child tax credit payments letter can help people get remainder of 2021 credit
To help taxpayers reconcile and receive all the 2021 child tax credits to which they are entitled, the IRS started sending Letter 6419, 2021 advance CTC, in late December 2021 and will continue into January. This letter includes the total amount of advance child tax credit payments taxpayers received in 2021 and the number of qualifying children used to calculate the advance payments. People should keep this and any other IRS letters about advance child tax credit payments with their tax records.

Families who received advance payments need to file a 2021 tax return and compare the advance payments they received in 2021 with the amount of the child tax credit they can properly claim on their 2021 tax return.

The letter contains important information that can make preparing their tax returns easier. People who received the advance payments can also check the amount of their payments by using the CTC Update Portal available on IRS.gov.
