Our Programs
Reducing climate risks positively impacts our state’s Water, Energy, Air, Land, Transportation, and Health (WEALTH). The Kansas WEALTH Partnership collaboratively identifies opportunities to reduce climate risks and increase community resilience.
The partnership collaborates on Kansas WEALTH Day, an annual event at the Capitol that brings together organizations, advocates, and legislators to connect on Water, Energy, Air, Land, Transportation, and Health policy.
CEP LIVE on Facebook features leading advocacy organizations and businesses that share unique insights on climate and energy issues while actively engaging with the audience. The Clean Energy Business Council is a member-guided network of professionals interested in renewable energy and energy efficiency as practical business solutions.
The Kansas Environmental Leadership project aims to develop and support a network of environmental leaders in Kansas, build capacity for adult-focused environmental education in the state, and create a shared set of educational materials about relevant environmental topics.
Climate + Energy Voters Take Action taps into CEP’s statewide network of environmental advocacy groups and community leaders focused on health, climate, and energy solutions. Participants receive training and education to build power through voter registration, education, mobilization, and candidate engagement.
Take Charge Challenge is an energy competition designed to increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and positively contribute to the participants' bottom line. It is an innovative and proven approach to help businesses, organizations, and communities address our nation's diminishing energy resources and rising energy costs.
