I wanted to take a moment to recognize Darlene, the notary for the incredible job she did on this loan. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.
Throughout the rescheduling process, she stayed in constant communication with our clients and I, keeping everyone informed and making the process as smooth as possible. Then, on signing day, when the borrower ended up being over two hours away, she didn't hesitate to find a solution. She coordinated a split signing for the husband and wife, ensuring they were still able to meet their signing deadline.
What impressed me the most was that she never once asked for an additional fee, despite the extra time, travel, and coordination this required. She simply focused on doing what was best for the clients.
