Beginning November 2, 2026, appraisal reports submitted to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac must use UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

The City of Huntsville has approved the annexation of 236.58 acres at LeCroix Farms in Limestone County, with single-family housing planned for the property. The acreage matters, but the bigger story may be where it sits.

The airport.
Major employment growth.
Planned infrastructure.
New housing.

Taken together, those pieces are helping define one of the region’s emerging residential growth corridors.
