Huntsville City Council approves 500-acre rezoning, 1,800 housing units for North Huntsville ⬇️. Thoughts??

The Huntsville City Council unanimously approved the rezoning of more than 500 acres north of Bob Wade Lane for a new development that will bring 1,800 housing units to North Huntsville.
