Hello world! Today i start my criminal defense page. I will continue to write in Cliff and Disability, but I've decided to offer my views into criminal law as well. I will blog here at Cliff for the Defense and Cliff and Disability starting next week. Today, dress for success, yes we've all heard it before. but oh, so important in court. I was recently in court and i can't tell you how many folks looked like they just came off a 10 day drunk, hadn't bathed in days, dirty clothing, holes everywhere. Now i know some folks are facing hard times, but for a day in court you need to have clean cloths, facial hair trimmed and be freshly washed. it just make a good impression especially when you are looking for a favorable decision from the court. I recommend for men, a button down shirt with tie and jacket with slacks and shoes and socks. For the ladies, knee length dress or slacks and nice shirt. stuff you would wear to church mostly for both you guys and gals. more later as i'm off to court.
