You might ask…..

What is Supervised Visitation?

Supervised visitation is when a parent spends time with their child while a neutral third person - watches and listens to ensure the safety and well being of the children AND ADULTS.

Judges or child welfare agencies mandate supervision usually as a protective measure—it’s not as a punishment— they do this usually when there are concerns about a child's physical or emotional safety. Common reasons include:

Safety or Abuse Concerns:

Allegations or histories of domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, or threats of abduction.

Substance or Mental Health Issues:

Active struggles with drug or alcohol abuse, or untreated mental health crises.

Rebuilding Relationships:

Re-introducing a parent who has been absent for a long time or has never established a relationship with the child.

High Conflict: Severe parental conflict that could negatively impact or stress the child during transitions.

Whatever the situation is we are here to help! We have qualified providers here to assist your family with seeing your child(ren) we understand the process is difficult but we can help you through it neutrally!!

HE WAS TAKEN DURING A SUPERVISED VISIT — NOW POLICE ARE SEARCHING FOR HIS NONCUSTODIAL MOTHER

THE ABDUCTION OF JORDAN LOWE
Florissant, Missouri | July 10, 2026

A monitored family visit inside a Missouri bowling alley was supposed to provide 5-year-old Jordan Lowe with a safe and supervised opportunity to spend time with his mother.

Instead, Jordan disappeared from the building with the very person the court had reportedly ordered could not be left alone with him.

Jordan is now the subject of an Endangered Person Advisory, and his family is desperately asking the public to help bring him home.

At approximately 1:55 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, Jordan was attending a supervised visit with his noncustodial mother, 50-year-old Jeaneatte Latrice Heaston, at Crest Bowl, located at 650 North New Florissant Road in Florissant.

According to law enforcement, Heaston took Jordan without permission and left the bowling alley without being noticed.

The visit was reportedly being monitored through Mediation Achieving Results for Children, also known as M.A.R.C.H., an organization that had been selected to supervise Heaston’s visits with Jordan.

Jordan’s stepmother said the family had already endured a previous incident involving Heaston taking the child out of state.

According to her statement, Jordan’s father, Darrion Lowe, was awarded sole legal and physical custody of Jordan on April 30, 2026. Heaston was reportedly permitted to have supervised visits during the week but was not allowed to be alone with Jordan.

Jordan’s stepmother wrote:

“My step son Jordan was kidnapped by his mother today during supervised visits at Crest Bowling Alley.

On 4/30 Darrion Lowe was awarded legally Sole and physical custody of Jordan Lowe with his mother only receiving supervised visits during the week.

On 5/16 we received a tip that she had took Jordan Lowe to Memphis TN.

We worked collaboratively with Memphis PD and St. Louis County PD to retrieve Jordan back. When getting Jordan back, Jeanette Ware Heaston Attacked Us and attempted to drive off in the car with our new born child and Jordan. From 5/21 until the end of June, Jeanette and Darrion worked with the guardian ad litem on finding Jeanette an organization to assist her with her supervised visitation.

Achieving Results for Children ( M.A.R.C.H) is the organization that was supposed to be supervising these visits.

ON TODAY JULY 10th Jordan Lowe was kidnapped by Jeanette Latrece Heaston from Crest Bowling Alley under the supervision conducted by Mediation Achieving Results for Children ( M.A.R.C.H) Inc.

PICTURES OF THE COURT ORDER HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE POST!

STL PD AND FLORRISANT ARE ISSUING A FELONY PARENTAL KIDNAPPING WARRANT FOR HER ARREST.

If you see Jordan or Jeanette call the police immediately. Per the court order she is not to be left alone with Jordan. PER COURT ORDER, HE IS NOT SAFE WITH HER. PLEASE SHARE THIS ON ALL PLATFORMS…”

The claims regarding the previous Memphis incident, the alleged attack and the expected warrant were made publicly by Jordan’s stepmother. Law enforcement has confirmed that Jordan was taken without permission by his noncustodial mother during the supervised visit.

Jordan is a 5-year-old Black boy with a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 3 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 40 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a light blue Mario T-shirt, a white Nike windbreaker, black shorts and white-and-light-blue Jordan sneakers.

Heaston is described as a 50-year-old Black woman who is approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs between 90 and 100 pounds. She has brown eyes, multiple tattoos and black hair with blue highlights that was styled in a large bun on top of her head.

She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with a design on the front, a black jacket, blue jeans, white socks and light-colored slide sandals.

Police initially identified the missing child as “Darrion Lowe” when the advisory was released. Authorities later issued a correction confirming that the child’s legal name is Jordan Lowe.

Jordan is only 5 years old. His father has sole legal and physical custody, his mother’s contact with him was supposed to remain supervised, and his family says this was not the first time they had to fight to bring him back home.

Anyone who sees Jordan Lowe or Jeaneatte Latrice Heaston should not approach them. Call 911 immediately or contact the Florissant Police Department at 314-831-7000.

Please share Jordan’s face and information throughout Missouri, Tennessee and surrounding states.
