We are excited to share that beginning tomorrow, Gill, McManamon & Diviney will move forward under a new name: Diviney & Wilt.

This transition marks an exciting new chapter as Ethan Wilt joins the firm as a Partner with Jake Diviney. A familiar face returning to the region, Ethan previously served as First Assistant District Attorney of Huntingdon County and brings extensive courtroom and litigation experience. With Ethan’s addition, we are expanding our services to include criminal defense, employment law, and personal injury representation, while continuing our longstanding work in estate planning and administration, real estate, business law, and civil litigation.

While the name is changing, our mission remains the same: providing trusted legal guidance to the Huntingdon County and Central Pennsylvania community. We are grateful for the continued support of our clients and colleagues and look forward to serving the region together for many years to come.
