Attorney Robin Binder Heath has been practicing law for more than 25 years. Heath is an experienced trial lawyer in both state and federal courts. Past clients have included school districts, municipalities, intermediate units, businesses, large contractors, and individuals. She maintains high ethical standards and believes in a commitment to excellence in serving her clients. Heath is a 1980 grad
uate of Huntingdon Area High School and pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cm laude in 1983 with a degree in English Literature, History and Psychology. As part of her educational experience, she attended the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, in the prestigious exchange program where she focused on English literature and history. Heath received a law degree in 1987 from the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated in the top 12% of her class. She began her legal practice in Philadelphia, working for 11 years handling cases involving personal injury, commercial litigation, school law, environmental law, and anti-trust litigation. In 1998, she returned to the area and worked for an Altoona law firm where she was a partner until she opened her own firm in 2010. Attorney Heath's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on business and employment law. In addition to her legal practice, she has taught Business Law at Juniata College for the past 15 years. Heath is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania School Boards Association, Huntingdon County Bar Association, Blair County Bar Association, the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce, and the Huntingdon Rotary Club. She is an active member of her community, serving as the President of the Huntingdon Area School District Educational Foundation. She also volunteers with Huntingdon House, Huntingdon County Business & Industry, and the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce.
