Eng/Укр !!! URGENT FOR ALL ASYLUM APPLICANTS WITH PENDING ASYLUM CASES IN IMMIGRATION COURTS (including on appeal)!!! Please act immediately!!! Under new law for asylum applications, asylum applicants must pay a newly imposed $100 fee to keep your asylum application active. Although we have not received detailed special instructions on the payment deadline, and whether the fee must be paid only for each pending application or for each applicant included in it, in order to protect you as much as possible, we advise you to do the following:
For court pending ASYLUM cases: please pay your fee by September 30, 2025, and make a payment for each family member included in your application. As of today, we cannot confirm if any refund will be issued or credited as a result of overpayments, but in this challenging time we do not advise taking any risks that could jeopardize the immigration process for any of your family members.
1. To check if your case is in court, please enter your and each family member’s A number and country of citizenship here: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/
2. If your ASYLUM case IS in court, please pay using your A number here: https://epay.eoir.justice.gov/index Choose “Court - I-589 Application for Asylum Initial Fee”. Save your receipt with Tracking ID. Begin from the primary applicant. Failure to pay timely may cause your asylum application to be deemed abandoned, which could result in dismissal of your case. Please note that the payment must be paid every year by you on the anniversary of your filing. If we receive any updates or additional clarifications relating to this process, we will post additional information.
3. If your case has never been in court and is pending before the USCIS (affirmative asylum): DO NOT pay using the portal stated above!!! you will receive a payment notice from the USCIS. Please note that the payment must be paid every year by you, on the anniversary of your filing. Check your account for updates about payments and make sure to update your address at your USCIS account if your residential address has changed.
УВАГА! Важлива інформація для тих, хто має на розгляді заяву на притулок (Form I-589) в імміграційному суді (EOIR). Згідно з новими правилами, заявники на притулок у суді мають внести первинний платіж $100. Поки, за відсутністю точних вказівок з суду, ми рекомендуємо здійснити платіж до 30 вересня 2025 року та на кожного члена сім"ї зазначеного(ї) в заявці на притулок щоб не поставити під загрозу статус ваших родичів.

є в імміграційному суді, вказуючи ваш А номер і країну громадянства тут: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/
2. Якщо ваша справа на ПРИТУЛОК є суді, тоді здійсніть оплату. Оплата здійснюється ВАМИ САМОСТІЙНО онлайн через https://epay.eoir.justice.gov/index Потрібно обрати “Court - I-589 Application for Asylum Initial Fee”, вказати свій A-number, після чого оплатити $100 (кредитна/дебетова картка або банківський рахунок ACH). Після завершення ви отримаєте квитанцію з Tracking ID – її обов'язково потрібно зберегти та долучити до матеріалів у суді. Починайте з основного заявника на якого подана форма І-589. Невчасна оплата може призвести до того, що справу визнають покинутою (abandoned) і її буде закрито. Просимо зауважити що оплату потрібно буде поновлювати вам самостійно щороку. У випадку отримання більш точних інструкцій суду ми опублікуємо додаткове повідомлення.
3. Якщо ваша справа про притулок ще НЕ в суді і ніколи там не була, НЕ КОРИСТУЙТЕСЬ порталом суду. Ви отримаєте повідомлення від USCIS з інструкціями про оплату, яку потрібно буде здійснювати щороку, в дату подачі вашої заявки про притулок. Повідомлення прийде за адресою вказаною в справі (тому не забудьте її вчасно поновлювати у випадку зміни адреси) або в ваш особистий USCIS профіль.
