Happy Market Update Monday!
Here are the stats for Southborough, MA.

This town is part of Worcester county and the Metro-West area. Not only does Southborough have its own MBTA stop connecting you to either Boston or Worcester (and in between), it's also connected to Route 9 and I-495.

Properties currently on the market range from $1,650-$6.25M. Their days on market range from 4-116 days.

Within the past month there have been 19 price reductions on 16 properties. These price reductions range from $15k-$62,650.

REMAX Culture always recommends both buyers and sellers to carefully listen to the market analysis that their agents conduct for them. Buyers can avoid buying a property that may be overpriced and sellers can avoid having to stay on market for a long time/having to reduce the price so many times.

Celebrate Hudson 2026!

This event was so much fun! We were by the Armory from 1-5pm here on Washington St, with gorgeous weather, giving out so many goodies to everyone who stopped by our booth!

Gift cards from Islay's Terrace Studio and Shop, Hudson Hives, New City Microcreamery, Birchouse Botanicals & Harvard Sweet Boutique were won and many people walked away with a slinky or flashlight keychain!

We also got to here some live music and see InFlyte Entertainment perform for a bit.

We cannot WAIT for what Celebrate Hudson is going to be like in 2027!

When you're self-employed... your days are never the same 😅

There is no such thing as a 9-5 with a lunch hour.

Some days I can work from home others I'm out all day driving from meeting to meeting or from event to event and other times I'm at our office in downtown Hudson with a pizza from Rail Trail or a bagel from Main Street Bagel as I go through the logistical tasks of owning my own brokerage.

At the end of the day I love working with my clients, coaching my agents, and having the flexibility to make my friends and family members a priority when they need me to 💗💫✨

Happy Market Update Monday!!
Today we're looking at the town of Northborough!

Originally part of Marlborough and Westborough, Northborough is also part of the Metro-West region and connects Worcester and other parts of Central Mass with the rest of Metro-West and Boston.

Properties sold within the last month range from $270,000-$1,501,000, with an average of $765,970.

17 price reductions were made within the last month as sellers adjusted their market expectations. These price reductions ranged from $10,000-$104,999.

Regardless of what kind of listing (luxury or not), it's very important for sellers to price accordingly and to gauge the market they're in and the response from potential buyers.

With that said, the Northborough real estate market is performing well as summer dwindles down.
