I am thrilled to announce that I have opened my own law firm specializing in motor vehicle, insurance, injury and negligence law.
I know a lot of my friends and family are aware that I am a lawyer, but since approximately 2012 I have specialized in automobile, injury and insurance law. I have recovered millions on my client’s behalf, including a recent settlement of $2,000,000 arising from an automobile injury.
In my career, I have personally handled hundreds of claims arising out of automobile, motorcycle, pedestrian and trucking accidents, homeowner and commercial injuries, slip and falls, dog bites and other injuries. In addition to “traditional” injuries, My experience and expertise extends to dive accidents, other claims involving negligence.
I have previous experience as defense counsel for some of the biggest insurance carriers in the country. This experience has provided me with an understanding of how insurance operates and what dangers await someone in processing their injury claims. People should be contacting their state reps requesting fixes to the no-fault system. Along with literally shredding necessary care for catastrophic injury victims, new effects of a poorly written amendment to the statute, with no foresight now producing new unforseen effects 2.5 years later.

BHSH, Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health, says the cut has forced changes to programs, staffing, and the closing of a rehab facility.

This is a proposed memorial for "Hulk 46", a B-52 Stratofortress that went down in the Indian Ocean on February 3, 1991. It is a memorial to the pilots, crew aboard Hulk 46, as well as B-52 pilots and all who fought in desert Storm. The goal is 1.2 million for it's construction.
My uncle, Allan Hagelthorn, was in this air group at Diego Garcia, and he later went on to be awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for actions taken during Desert Storm .

This is an effort to raise money to build a Memorial to the Crew and Families of the Hulk 46.

A Calhoun County Circuit Court jury has acquitted a probationary Tekonsha firefighter of arson. The jury returned its not guilty verdict this morning after 4 hours of deliberations over two days.
