Every day things get so much better (being sarcastic). Deal comes over. Appraisal waiver. Limited inspections. We have buyer. Agent tells my buyer that they can just negotiate the appraisal rights back in during review. Ok. I don’t get it. This is the advice being given to people? Lie to get an offer accepted and then expect the sellers to just change things up during review? This is the advice? There has to be a better way to earn a living. Ever watch the “Game of Thrones” episode.. those fans will relate. “SHAME” “SHAME”.. my rant for the month of August.
