Drove down to Houston this week to walk a property I am purchasing and partnering with my buddy on. He sent me this property and I was able to negotiate $40k off the price! This is going to be a great flip! Best thing is we get free 🌮 with the purchase!! 🤣

This will Jerry’s first flip and he will be helping manage the project for an equity stake!
