We’re hiring a Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist!

We are a growing, client-focused firm looking for a full-time, in-office Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients.

🔹 What you’ll do:
• Communicate with clients regarding estate planning, probate and guardianship matters
• Manage case files and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Prior experience in a law firm environment (estate planning/probate a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients and providing excellent service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or case management systems preferred
• A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their work.
