Ran into a true trailblazer today Shern-Min Chow KHOU at the courthouse today while I was representing State Rep. Gene Wu--one of elected officials subpoena'ed for a hearing in the AJ Armstrong case. The issue was resolved without the need for my client (or any elected official) to testify.

Another DWI case DISMISSED. Client was driving with hazards on because of car trouble. Looked great on the scene and even offered to provide a breath sample. She gave a sample but it didn't register. Officer still filed DWI charge. However, today we got the case dismissed, and a grateful client is happy to get her life back.

Today our law firm got a win from the First Court of Appeals. My client was wrongfully convicted of Assault-Family Member. The Court of Appeals agreed and reversed the conviction. Thank you to Renee Nguyen and Stephen Aslett who assisted on the legal briefing on this case
