We are pleased to announce that Ms. Camisha L. Mitchell has joined our Firm!

Camisha was admitted to the Texas bar in 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on representing educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, and general school law. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mitchell practiced in the area of insurance defense, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Mitchell served as a writing teacher, grade-level chair, and content lead with KIPP Texas, giving her firsthand insight into the legal and operational issues faced by public schools and their administrators.

We are pleased to announce that Dylan Farmer is returning to RMG!

Dylan is a litigator and appellate practitioner who focuses on constitutional law, employment law, construction disputes, and other school law-related issues throughout Texas. He brings extensive experience representing employers, contractors, and business leaders in both state and federal courts, along with a practical, client-focused approach to efficiently resolving complex legal matters.

We are excited to have Dylan back at RMG and look forward to the continued value he will bring to our clients and team.

Honored to attend the State of Education hosted by the Greater Houston Partnership yesterday.

This year’s speakers addressed how early education transforms child development, long-term success, and the local economy. This issue is gaining attention across Houston as leaders and community members work to expand access to early education for families. We appreciate the ideas shared and the continued collaboration to support the next generation of learners.
