“I'm not shrinking. I'm being strategic.”
"I'm not hiding. I'm being humble."
I don’t know how or where this message came from, but for years, these nuances shaped how I moved.
I used to believe that if I stayed smaller, quieter, nicer, the right people would find me.
That excellence would speak for itself.
But growth taught me something different:
- You cannot build legacy in hiding.
- You cannot lead from the shadows.
Today, I’m standing fully in my voice, my leadership, my calling.
I'm owning my space— boldly, authentically, unapologetically.
Not just as a lawyer.
Not just as a speaker.
Not just as a writer.
Not just as a coach.
But as a multidimensional leader.
I’m not here to fit neatly into a box.
I’m building something bigger than titles and categories.
My evolution is rooted in leadership, legacy, and expansion.
The lessons have been painful.
But contouring my voice to remain palatable? Worse.
In college, nearly 20 years ago, I wrote a poem about this struggle.
I didn’t know it then, but I was speaking my future into existence:
"But me, I—
I bust,
I break,
I straight shatter the mold
With every breath that I take
And each beat of my heart
Fighting and
Shouting out to the world
That I am of worth."
My work, my words, my leadership—they were never meant to stay small.
So allow me to reintroduce myself.
My name is Temi Siyanbade.
I am a catalyst.
I've been trusted to teach and speak nationally.
My past clients include the American Bar Association, Clio, the National Business Institute, and more.
And every time, the feedback echoes back the truth:
"This was absolutely incredible."
"You’re eliminating all excuses."
"Ready and inspired!"
"Temi is my favorite speaker!"
"I was blown away by Temi’s presentation!"
"I just got done reading your article and all I can say is 'Wow.' That was a truly amazing piece!"
"Our coaching session today was worth my entire monthly membership fee."
"One hour with Temi will change your life."
I’m not sharing this to toot my horn, or for anyone’s approval.
I’m sharing this because I’m effective.
