We made our first mistake in a year+ today with a client record. We are paying a $100 rush charge and in-person delivering to custodian to remedy the lost time. It's great that we have minimal to no instances of mistakes, but it's how we handle them that truly makes a difference. The client is happy and all is well.

How many record retrieval services can get a record from Memorial Hermann in 3 days? Our client came in late on a case with a looming deadline and realized they hadn't completed the ordering for the medical records. I don't recommend it, but we made the impossible happen!!
