🚨 IMMIGRANT VISA UPDATE

The U.S. State Department has temporarily paused certain immigrant visa interviews at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide while consular officers complete new training related to public charge determinations.

If you have an upcoming immigrant visa interview, your appointment may be rescheduled. This temporary pause does not mean your case has been denied.

πŸ“© Watch carefully for updates from your U.S. embassy or consulate and continue preparing your required documents.

🚨 DACA RECIPIENTS: Planning to Travel on Advance Parole? READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK.

A recent Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision on August 13, 2026 may affect how Advance Parole and unlawful presence impact your immigration case.

⚠️ Future travel could potentially trigger the 3-year or 10-year unlawful presence bar, depending on your immigration history.
Already traveled before August 13, 2026? The new decision does not affect those past trips.

πŸ’¬ Planning to travel on Advance Parole or apply for your green card? Have questions about how this decision could affect your case? Talk to an immigration attorney before making any travel plans.

🚨 Immigration Alert: New Executive Orders Target Birthright Citizenship
President Donald Trump has signed two executive orders addressing birthright citizenship, birth tourism, visa restrictions, and immigration enforcement.
These developments may have important implications for families, travelers, and individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system. The executive orders do not automatically end birthright citizenship, and legal challenges are expected.
If you have any questions about how these changes may affect you or your family, please contact our office for guidance.
