Everything was perfect about this home, from the lighting to the staging! It was a dream shoot!
I am always amazed at how perfectly the photos turn out when everything in the home is completely done and ready before I walk into the shoot. It just makes my job so much easier, so that I can put my love, energy and time into perfecting the photos instead of moving things around, hiding things, turning off fans, messing with lights, etc, etc, etc.
Not that I mind doing that, but when it's just all done for me and the house looks exquisite right when I walk in? My attention and creativity and focus goes to the creation of the photos, and the pictures come out perfect EVERY TIME.
Moral of the story? The more "ready" your listing is for photos, the better bang you'll get for your buck. 😉
