Commercial Real Estate Property Manager Position Available (Zaid Properties Management)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee and assist with the property management of our commercial real estate portfolio. Previous experience and knowledge of real estate contracts, due diligence, and leasing is preferred. Applicants should be independent, organized, and motivated, and able to work with people at all levels in the industry. Applicants with some level of college education are desired, but not required.
Position Duties Include:
- Tenant relations/ledgers
- Rent collections/delinquencies
- Property inspections/visits
- Knowledge in processing of leases and documents
- Tenant correspondences and notices
- Maintenance and building related calls
- Monthly reports
- Annual CAM Reconciliations
- Vendor correspondence
- New property set-up (utilities, services, contracts, ownership change notices)
- Filing and organizing of property documents
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) is required and some experience with Quick Books is desired.
This job does offer paid holidays, personal days, health insurance, dental, vision & 401k plan.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday; Weekends as needed
