As a Houston native, Vivian has dedicated her life to helping others and giving back to the community. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, serving the Greater Houston area has been a privilege and an honor.
With a lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer, she attended the University of Houston where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Psychology and Philosophy. She then pursued her dream through the University of Houston Law Center, graduating December 2010 and receiving her license to practice law in Texas in May 2011. In August 2011 she was admitted to practice in the United States Southern District of Texas.
Vivian started her own firm in April 2013 after practicing law as a partner at a Boutique firm in Houston, Texas. Since then, she has served as in-house and general counsel for numerous companies in Houston, Texas as well as representing individuals in personal injury cases and family law cases throughout the Houston and Katy area.
Family and community have always been a big part of her life, which is why she has volunteered with the Houston Volunteers Lawyer Program since 2009. She’s been blessed with the opportunity to help others and continue to help those in need by participating in the pro-bono college. Vivian has served as a Child Advocates since 2012 where she mentors and represents abused and neglected children within Child Protective Services. In 2017, Vivian began providing mediation services facilitating communication between opposing parties in an effort to help them reach an amicable agreement.
