The Houston Texans along with Howard Hughes Communities announced an 83-acre sports and entertainment destination in Bridgeland. The district will include a 22-acre, state-of-the-art headquarters and training complex for the Houston Texans along with office spaces, retail opportunities, healthcare and sports medicine facilities, hotels, residential units, sports courts and fields, and parks.

This development expects to bring in over 17,000 jobs, generate $34 billion in long-term economic impact, and offer new opportunities for youth sports and development. Completion is expected in 2029.
