This is why I want to talk to you about The Three Signs Your Lease Needs an Urgent Upgrade

Sign #1: It’s TOO SHORT! If your lease is 3 or 4 pages long, max, you probably don’t have a document that’s built to protect you from terrible tenants.

Sign #2: It’s OLD! If your lease is a copy of a copy of a copy that was first produced on a typewriter, it’s probably not up to date with current law.

Sign #3: The INTERNET? If you had Google find your lease for you, chances are you’re using a deficient document that leaves you vulnerable to loss.
