"The FBI is warning Americans about a sharp rise in AI-powered scams as criminals begin using artificial intelligence to create fake voices, realistic images, and convincing messages designed to steal money and personal information. Experts say scammers can now clone someone’s voice from just a few seconds of audio taken from social media videos, phone recordings, or online content, making fake emergency calls and impersonation scams much harder to detect.
Authorities say AI scams are spreading quickly across the United States through phone calls, emails, fake job offers, deepfake videos, and social media messages. In many cases, victims believe they are speaking to a real family member, coworker, or company representative. Cybersecurity experts warn that the rapid growth of AI tools is making online fraud more advanced, cheaper to create, and more difficult for ordinary people to recognize.
The FBI is urging Americans to verify suspicious calls, avoid sharing sensitive information online, and use extra security measures such as two-factor authentication and family verification codes.
Do you think AI technology is becoming more dangerous than helpful when it comes to online security?"

"A RUSSIAN CYBER CRIMINAL BUILT A $5M/DAY MACHINE FROM A SMALL APARTMENT
Aleksandr Zhukov wasn’t running some underground operation in the shadows.
On paper, his company ā€œMedia Methaneā€ looked like a legitimate ad agency, working with brands like NestlĆ©, Comcast, and The New York Times.
In reality, none of it was real.
He built over 6,000 fake websites designed to perfectly mimic major platforms like ESPN, CNN, Vogue, and Fox News.
Then came the scale.
He rented 2,000 servers across Dallas and Amsterdam.
Bought 650,000 IP addresses.
Registered them under providers like Verizon and Comcast to make everything look like normal U.S. traffic.
But the real weapon was the software.
He built a fake browser that behaved like a human: scrolling, clicking ads, moving the mouse, even solving CAPTCHAs.
The result?
300 million fake video ad views. Every single day.
Advertisers were paying around $13 per 1,000 views.
At peak, the operation was generating up to $5 million per day — completely automated.
And it didn’t collapse because of law enforcement tracking.
It collapsed because of ego.
A dispute with a client led him to flood their inventory so aggressively that it triggered fraud detection systems at a cybersecurity firm.
That’s when everything unraveled.
The FBI moved in.
He was arrested in Bulgaria.
Extradited to the United States.
Sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.
In court, he summed it up in one line:
ā€œI’m a weaponless soldier in front of a tank with name FBI.ā€
This wasn’t hacking in the traditional sense.
This was industrial-scale deception — exploiting how digital advertising actually works.
And it shows something most people don’t realize:
The internet isn’t always as real as it looks.

"The FBI and Chinese police have joined forces in a landmark crackdown on fraudulent operations in Dubai, marking a rare moment of cooperation between the United States and China ahead of President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to Beijing. šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ¤šŸ‡ØšŸ‡³
Dubai Police announced that the joint effort, code‑named Tri‑Force Sentinel, targeted three major criminal syndicates that ran high‑yield investment scams. The operation resulted in the dismantling of nine scam hubs and the arrest of 276 suspects, the majority of whom hail from Southeast Asian countries. šŸš“šŸ”’
According to officials, the fraud centers lured victims with promises of lucrative returns, only to siphon off millions of dollars through elaborate schemes. By pooling intelligence and resources, American and Chinese law‑enforcement agents were able to shut down the networks swiftly, sending a clear message that transnational crime will not be tolerated. šŸŒāš–ļø
Dubai Police chief praised the partnership, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in combating sophisticated cyber‑enabled fraud. He noted that the success of Tri‑Force Sentinel could pave the way for further joint initiatives between the US, China, and other nations seeking to protect citizens from financial exploitation. šŸ¤šŸŒ
As President Trump prepares to travel to China, the operation underscores a shared interest in tackling global crime, even amid broader geopolitical tensions. Both sides expressed optimism that this cooperative spirit will continue to strengthen ties and enhance security worldwide. šŸ•ŠšŸ’¼"

"āš ļø Dear All, if you're reading this post, please kindly share it out, so more and more people will be aware of the job scam.
Recently, we have some users call and whatsapp us regarding they are being offered a part time job online on Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada/Zalora. Some users took an initiative to clarify with us whether the job offer is real.
Unfortunately, we found out they have been scammed. The scammer is using our company brand name, faking to be us to perform illegal activities out there.
We have made police report on this, however, we can't stop them. Only way we can do is to share this out loud to the public as much as we can.
We hope there will be no more people falling into the trap.
Your share on this post is much appreciated... "
