Most people don’t know that insurance companies have entire teams whose job is to pay you as little as possible.
I used to be on that team.
For 6 years, I worked on the defense side evaluating injury claims, deciding which ones had “validity,” and protecting companies from paying what they owed injured people.
I learned how they think. I learned how they cut cases down. I learned that accidents often don’t start on the road — they start in a boardroom.
In 2022, I switched sides.
