Great news!
Last week the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced that the conforming loan limit will increase to $647,200 in 2022. This 18% increase was adjusted to reflect the change in the average home prices throughout the last year. Additionally, in the high-cost areas, the new high balance limit for one-unit properties increased to $970,800.
