Aloha! I am available for contract immigration work. I have over 25 years of experience as an attorney, and over 20 years of experience as an immigration attorney.

ICE Trial Attorney/Assistant Chief Counsel (9 years)
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Staff Attorney (immigration cases only, 4 years)
BIA Attorney Advisor (4 years)
U.S. Army JAG Officer (6 years)

I have independently handled over 6000 immigration court hearings (detained & non-detained; masters & individuals), and I drafted and read/reviewed thousands of applications, pre-hearing statements, briefs, motions, etc. I have also written published and unpublished decisions in over 1000 cases on appeal at the BIA and circuit court.

I now have my own law practice, but I prefer contract work at this stage of my career.
